How long does shipping take?
Delivery time is currently 7 to 14 days. We are continuously working to make shipping faster in the future. Due to the longer delivery time, shipping is free for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods according to Swiss and European consumer protection law. Contact us by email with your order number. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
How does a return work?
- Contact our customer service with your order number
- Send the goods back to the address provided
- Upon receipt and inspection, the refund will be issued within 5-10 business days
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in case of defects)
What do I do if I receive a defective product?
Contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We offer free replacement or a full refund. We cover return shipping costs for defective goods.
